Buisiness of Fashion
Using the textbook "The Business of Fashion' I did multiple Case studies and research about how business are formed and how they benefit the fashion industry.
Fashion Sketch
Here are some of my fashion sketches.
Computer Aid Design
Using Gerber AccuMark software, we used slopers and manipulated to fit. Our final project was to make our own pattern by digitizing, scanning, gradding, and using Wizard to see how it would produce.
Daping
Using PGM mannequins, I learned how to manipulate fabric to the body. I also made my final project using draping techniques.
Tech Pack
Using basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and ASTM standard Measurements, I elevated my critical thinking and creative skills to design an already made garment.
Bill Blass Research
My research was Bill Blass and my assignment was to create a design inspired by Bill Blass
Canva
Using Canva to create logos and fliers for my events and businesses.
Experimental Trips
UNA FAshion Department hosted numerous trips like from local to corporate business within the fashion industries.
Costume Design
During my high school career( 2017-2021), I wanted to learn more about sewing and through an imaginative lens. I joined theatre to improve my design any styling skills. I costumed over 20 shows, but Frozen, beauty and the Beast, and Bonnie and Clyde were my top favorites and challenged my creative and critical thinking skills.
Senior Prep/ Capstone
This class consisted of everything and putting in a presentation in which can help me prepare after college.
Internship
Atlanta, Georgia, I interned at Duck Head from May 2024- August 2024
